What we collect
When you request a demo, we receive the details you type in the form: your name, your work email, your company or lab (optional) and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We do not collect anything else, and this website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and arrange the demo. Legal basis: your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
- To keep the form free of spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
We will not send you newsletters or marketing unless you ask for them.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs Turnstile, the check that tells people from bots on the form.
- Resend delivers the form to our inbox by email.
- Google hosts our email inbox.
These providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; when they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to 12 months after the last contact, then we delete it. If you become a customer, the data needed for the contract and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to[email protected]. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es.
